1. How do I participate in the gift-with-purchase promotion?
- During the promotion period, customers who place a single order with an actual paid amount of $110 or more will receive one BOOKOO custom merchandise item.
- If you check out in a local currency, we’ll use the exchange rate shown at checkout to confirm your order amount.
- Complimentary anniversary gifts are available in limited quantities, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

2. Where can I check the giveaway results and winner notifications?
- Giveaway results will be announced on Gleam. BOOKOO will also contact winners via email or Instagram,
so please keep an eye on relevant notifications. - If you have won but do not receive a confirmation email or winner notification, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
- If you still cannot find the email, please contact BOOKOO Customer Service with your order information or giveaway entry details for assistance.
3. How will the prizes be delivered?
- Once winners are confirmed, BOOKOO will arrange prize delivery using the information provided by each winner.
- We’ll share the delivery details, including timing, shipping method, and any applicable restrictions, in a follow-up notification.

4. Will the free gift be shipped together with my order?
- Yes, in most cases, the free gift will be shipped together with the qualifying order.
- If separate shipment is needed, BOOKOO will notify you accordingly.
5. How will after-sales issues for free gifts be handled?
- Free gifts are thoughtfully prepared by BOOKOO as part of our 3rd Anniversary celebration promotion benefits. They cannot be exchanged for cash, used as order credit, or refunded separately.
- Unless there is a quality issue, free gifts are generally not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding.
- If the related product or order is returned, please return the free gift together with it.
- If your free gift is missing, damaged, incorrect, or has an obvious quality issue, please keep the outer packaging, shipping label, and photos or videos of the gift as supporting evidence, then contact BOOKOO Customer Service. We’ll review the case carefully, respond as soon as possible, and do our best to help resolve the issue.
- BOOKOO will review the situation based on the issue, gift inventory, and supporting evidence, and may offer a replacement, reshipment, or other reasonable after-sales solution.
