CA Prop 65 Warning
California Proposition 65 California’s Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide a clear and reasonable warning before knowingly and intentionally exposing individuals in California to a listed chemical known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm, unless the exposure is below an applicable safe-harbor level or otherwise exempt. The Proposition 65 list includes more than 900 chemicals.
